CASA is seeking more volunteers to advocate for the best interest of children in foster care in Erath and the surrounding areas.
Multiple agencies responded to a 15-acre grass fire Friday, Aug. 11 on County Road 385 near the Chicken House Flea Market. Erath County Fire, Lingleville VFD, Dublin VFD, Stephenville Fire Department and Harbin VFD all responded to the fire. Dublin VFD remained on scene for about six hours as the fire got into brush that was hard to extinguish.
