Texas A&M AgriLife Extension offices in Erath and surrounding counties are hosting a Dinner Tonight Healthy Cooking School on April 26th at 5:30 p.m. at the Cowboy Church of Erath County in Stephenville.

Sales tax holiday set for emergency supplies

As we enter severe weather season, Texas Comptroller Glenn Hegar reminds Texans they can purchase certain items taxfree during the state’s sales tax holiday for emergency preparation supplies, which begins at 12:01 a.m. on Saturday, April 23, and ends at midnight on Monday, April 25.

Market Days returns

More than a dozen vendors were present at Wright Park Saturday for the return of Dublin Market Days. The farmer’s market offering homemade and home grown goods shows up at Wright Park on the third Saturday of every month with its next appearance slated for May 21 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

April 4 Dublin PD issued a citation for animal at large after a cow was reported running loose at the city park. April 5 A caller reported theft of service, saying that they paid a person to build a fence and the job was never finished.

April 11 At 2:48 p.m. a two-vehicle accident happened on Hwy 108 North partially blocking the southbound lane, unknown injuries. April 13 At 3:12 a.m. a loose white steer with a yellow ear tag was secured on FM 1188 East, awaiting owner.
