Bobcat pounces on Erath expansion

Dublin Native Toby Henson knows quality machines since he has been involved in equipment rentals since the late ‘90s. With that experience, he eagerly submitted an application when he heard that a Bobcat dealer was coming into Erath County and needed a branch and rental manager.

DISD band hosting car wash Saturday The Dublin ISD band will host a car wash fundraiser on Saturday, June 11 from 9 a.m. to noon in the First National Bank parking lot. Donations will towards aiding the band boosters in paying for every member to on a trip to Walt Disney World next year.

Hico News Review Thirty-six Hico graduates walked the stage Friday, May 27 and earned more than $105,000 in scholarships. Seven HISD employees retired after a combined 192 years and received rocking chairs after their retirement.

Dublin High School graduate Stephanie Keith has been busy since walking across the stage in 2002 making education a top priority, especially when it comes to water and conservation.

First United Methodist Church recently received a $4,000 donation from the Stephenville area Elk Lodge to support the Community Table outreach. (Accepting the check from Larry Stanford was FUMC Pastor Danny Pelton.) Community Table occurs the last Wednesday of the month from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
