The Dublin Lady Lions were edged out 37-36 by Gordon in overtime in an away game that kicked off the 2022 basketball season. “This was by far the best game I have seen them play in the two years I’ve been here,” said Dublin’s head girls basketball coach Kim Perez.

The Dublin volleyball Lady Lions ended their season Oct. 25 in a home game against the Breckenridge Lady Bucks. The game started in fierce fashion as the visitors only barely edged out the Lady Lions 29-27.

The Dublin Lions fell 35-27 to the Eastland Mavericks, but made a strong push and showed improvements as they squared off on the Eastland field. “Defensively, we pursued the ball well,” said athletic director and head football coach Greg Hardcastle. “We want to continue to build on that.
