Morning Star Ranch recently had an extremely successful event with its 3rd annual Christmas Caroling night. On Tuesday, Dec. 13 the ranch hosted a night full of decorating the ranch, Christmas lights, singing, and of course meeting Santa.

11 indicted by Grand Jury

Arran James Spoede, 47, was indicted on Dec. 14 by an Erath County Grand Jury on possession or promotion of child pornography and aggravated sexual assault of a child. The child pornography charge is a third degree felony and the aggravated sexual assault of a child charge is a first degree felony.

Christmas closures, services on tap

Like many other businesses, the Dublin Citizen office will be closed for the Christmas holiday. The newspaper will be closed Friday, Dec. 23 through Monday, Dec. 26 and will reopen at 8 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 27. Many other city and county offices will also be closed on Monday, Dec.
