Lady Lions lift bronze at TR1BE

The Dublin Lady Lions took bronze as a team at the TR1BE Classic in Comanche Thursday, Feb. 12.Leading the way to this finish was Cassidy Adair who took gold in the girls 198 with a total lift of 975 pounds (355 in squat, 290 in bench press and 330 in dead lift).

Dublin teams lift bronze

The Dublin Lions and Lady Lions snagged third place team finish at the Justin Monk Invitational Feb. 5 at Henderson Jr. High in Stephenville.The bronze for the girls came partially from first place finishes by Samantha Martinez and Chloe Sullivan in the 97 and 242 classes respectively.

Lion fans called to pack the house

Dublin Lions are asked to pack the gym Friday, Feb. 13 as the Lions battle to step up from 3rd to tie for 2nd in district. All Lions fans are asked to wear white for the ‘Whiteout’ game. Varsity is expected to play at 6:30 p.m. following freshman and JV at 4 p.m. and 5:15 p.m. respectively.

Salyer tops 1,000 points

Senior Dublin Lady Lion Olivia Salyer passed 1,000 points on the varsity team Tuesday, Feb. 3 when she added 13 points to aid in the 68-49 away victory against Breckenridge.Those points brought her to 1,010 by the end of the game.

Cardinals extend win streak to 4 as Hurt tops 1,0000
