Lions go 1-1 versus Bucks

    The Dublin Lions fought their way to a welldefended win on the home diamond against Breckenridge Tuesday, March 24.

    Ivan Phelps led the Lions to the win on the mound with 11 strikeouts amongst 17 outs.

    Caden Vanbebber led the home team in hits going 3 for 3 in at-bats. He completed two runs and Joe Salinas got the other run.

    The Lions followed this win with a trip to Breckenridge Friday, March 27 where the Buckaroos took the win 12- 2.

    Dublin got the points as Salinas had a run batted in and Jory McKeithan had a run.

    Scoring hits for the visiting Lions were Vanbebber, Phelps, Paxton Loper and Salinas.
