Double N Family Fun Day

7 on 7 starts summer season

The Dublin Lions started their 7 on 7 season by hosting a state qualifying tournament Saturday, May 18. The Lions narrowly missed advancement by beating Stephenville JV 27-13 and Hico 19-18 before falling to the advancing team from the tourney, Blue Ridge (20-7).

LABC, coaches honor athletes

Athletes and their families showed up in dress attire Tuesday, May 14 as the Lingleville Athletic Booster Club provided a special dinner for the first time at the Lingleville Athletic Awards Banquet, while coaches presented awards to LJH and LHS athletes.

Turley signs to cheer on Rams

DHS senior Madison Turley officially signed to cheer for Angelo State University with a scholarship in a ceremony May 14 at Dublin Secondary.
