Dublin Intermediate announced several more students who reached million word milestones by reading a million words or more in accelerated reader books. Miguel Corrales has read 3.166.894 words this year. Dylan Cisneros has read 2,166,043 words. Colbyn Wiley has read 1,142,774 words.

Tarleton Softball player Tristan Bridges had a hand - a fairly dominant left hand - in every game of the series against California Baptist last weekend and has been rewarded with the TicketSmarter WAC Pitcher of the Week honor. Bridges was a force in the circle from the opening night.

A press conference was held at Chili’s in Stephenville to announce a petition seeking a vote for the legal sale of all alcoholic beverages including mixed beverages in Erath County and to make the laws on sale consistent throughout the county.
