Sales tax collections up for August

Dublin sales tax collections were up quite a bit in August, at 16.17% in August, compared to August 2021, according to the state sales tax report released by Texas Comptroller Glenn Hegar this month. In 2022, for the month of August Dublin received $51,059.90 compared to $43,951.

Revival set for Sunday, Oct. 30

Green’s Creek Baptist Church will be hosting a community revival Sunday, Oct. 30 at the Stephenville City Park Pavilion. Food and fellowship will begin at 5 p.m. followed by worship at 6 p.m. Everyone is invited to attend, organizers said.
