An officer made contact with three subjects and three vehicles in the 100 block of North Patrick that were on the side of the road. One of the vehicles broke down and they were trying to fix it.

AgriLife Extension district reporters compiled the following summaries: Extreme drought conditions continued across the district. Soil moisture levels were very short. Rangeland and pasture conditions were very poor in nearly all areas. Stock tanks were dry, and hay was in short supply.
