Lingleville Cardinals’ record flew to 4-1 Thursday night after a 68-22 home game against the Iredell Dragons ended in the fourth quarter under the 45-point mercy rule. “The boys came out a little slow but really picked it up,” said LHS head football coach Trent Taylor.

Dublin hosted 20 schools in the Fellowship of Christian Athletes Cross Country run on Sept. 21 at Dublin Secondary School.

Lions snag 34-23 Homecoming W

The Dublin Lions snagged their second win of the season in an active 34-23 homecoming victory over the Florence Buffaloes. The Lions showed they came to fight immediately with a touchdown on the first kickoff return of the game.

JH Lions conquer in Brady beatdowns

The 7th grade Lions picked up their 2nd victory of the season with a decisive 38-0 win on Cervetto Field over the Brady Bulldogs. The win was the result of four strong quarters in which the Lions dominated the line of scrimmage and let runners and quarterback run free, according to Jr.
