Body

SLOW. Water slightly stained; 83-83 degrees; 7.34 feet low. Bass are excellent to 8.34 pounds on 7-inch power worms around docks with brush 6-15 feet of water on shaky heads and jigs. Crappie to one pound are good on minnows suspended under docks and jigs on brush piles. White bass are good on crankbaits and jigs under the lights. Catfish are poor.

FAIR. Water lightly stained; 80 degrees; 2.18 feet low. Fishing patterns continue to be similar. Striped bass are slow trolling umbrella-rigs with white or chartreuse grub tails, trolling deep diving crankbaits but live shad seems to work the best drifting shallow flats on the south end of the lake. GOOD. Water lightly stained; 82 degrees; 3.97 feet low. Best bite for all species has been in the morning. Striped bass are great, trolling with spoons, jigs in any color or live shad. Sand bass are fair on small spoons and slabs in chartreuse, gold, or silver. Eater size catfish are great on cut shad fished on bottom or just above bottom. Crappie fishing is fair with catches on deeper main lake on brush with live minnows. Catfish are fair with cut bait and shad off rocks and main lake points. White bass are slow on slabs. Bass are slow off main lake points and rocks with crankbaits and worms.

GOOD. Water lightly stained; 80 degrees; 7.14 feet low. Striped bass are good trolling umbrella-rigs with white or chartreuse grub tails or swim baits attached throughout the reservoir in 12-40 feet of water. Live minnows are working as well, but fresh live shad is still prefered. Top water lures work as well, if you can find the fish schooling, but the stripers don’t stay up long and are moving fast.
