Dublin Public Library unveils Tails & Tales

The Dublin Public Library officially kicked off its Tails and Tales Summer Reading Program when it started handing out reading logs on May 14. Readers can pick up a log at the library and record the books they are reading. Logs can be turned in between July 1 and July 31 by 2 p.m.

Guests to Wright Historic Park Saturday survey homemade baked goods and preserves during the monthly Dublin Market Days. The farmers market is usually held on the third Saturday of every month from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., but was held this past Saturday to coincide with the other weekend events.

EDC to consider grants

Grant applications will highlight the monthly meeting of the Dublin Economic Development Corp. at 6 p.m. Tuesday in the EDC office.

Museum hosting military vehicle show

In a partnership with the Arrowhead Chapter of the MVPA (Military Vehicle Preservation Association), the National Health & Public Safety History Museum in downtown Dublin will be hosting a Military Vehicle Show on June 26 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

FBC to host mobile vaccine clinic

Dublin First Baptist Church (220 E. Live Oak) is hosting a free COVID-19 Pfizer Vaccine pop-up clinic on June 28 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The clinic is being conducted by Texas Health Resources and is open to all persons 12 and older. Minors ages 12 to 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
