Cross Timbers Family Services’ premiere fundraising event is right around the corner and this year’s Fourth Annual Better Beginnings Brunch will feature a new location, at Tarleton State University. The event, set for 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 27, will be held at the Barry B.

MTGCD aids Selden in water woes

Middle Trinity Groundwater Conservation District field tech Johnny Wells reported during the January MTGCD meeting Thursday, Jan. 4 that the district is now monitoring 12 wells around Selden following concerns raised during the December board meeting.
