Council hires firm to handle problem sites

The city of Dublin has contracted with a new firm to aid in delinquent tax collections and substandard structures. Texas Communities Group, LLC and Perdue Brandon Fielder Collins and Mott, LLP were approved by the council at the Thursday, Jan. 18 meeting.

Filing for local elections for school board and city council are continuing for the May 4 election and both Dublin boards will have opportunities for citizens to serve. Filing is open for local elections through Friday, Feb. 16.
