Revitalize Dublin raises $7K to give back to community

Beating MS: one trail ride at a time

The Cowboy Capital MS Trail Ride, now in its 29th year, is quickly approaching, and it doesn’t exist without dedicated volunteers working hard to raise funds for multiple sclerosis research.This year’s event is set for Saturday, May 2 at Blue Stem Ranch in Morgan Mill.

Greens Creek Methodist rings in 150 years

Despite cloudy skies and rains, a crowd flocked to Greens Creek Methodist Church, celebrating the 150 years it has served the faithful.The church was started Feb. 18, 1876 after Eli Roberson Kiker opened up his log cabin home for a Sunday School.

Tarleton to host annual Jazz Festival

Tarleton State University’s annual Jazz Festival, featuring more than 500 middle and high school musicians representing 30 bands from across the state, is scheduled for Friday and Saturday, April 24-25, in the Clyde H. Wells Fine Arts Center in Stephenville.
