Just like the Texans entering their third year of Division I, the experience at the ballpark continues its climb in Stephenville. Tarleton is currently undergoing renovations to both its baseball and softball seats and new covered seats will make their debut in Stephenville this spring.

The Dublin Lions split losses in games at home last week and Monday night (Nov. 28). Vs. Lingleville On Nov. 22, the Lions hosted the Lingleville Cardinals in a 73-64 victory for the home team.

The Dublin Lions wowed home fans Nov. 15 as they roared past the Brownwood Lions 103-58 in the Roy and Lynn Neff Gym at Dublin Secondary. “Our Varsity guys had a solid game with our up tempo offense/defense versus Brownwood,” said Head Dublin Boys Basketball Coach Wes Grisham.

The Lingleville Cardinals took the runner-up trophy at the Perrin-Whitt tournament last week when they fell to the Perrin-Whitt Pirates.

The Lady Lions added wins to their new season at home and in the Hamilton Tournament where they placed 4th. The Dublin ladies claimed a 55-27 victory over Santo at home on Nov. 15 “It was another slow start for us, but we finished well,” head Dublin girls basketball coach Kim Perez.
