The Dublin Baseball and Softball Association is hosting the Dublin Derby fundraiser Saturday, July 1 starting at noon in the City Park. The coed tourney costs $25 per player with winners competing for bragging rights and rings.

The Dublin Lions 7 on 7 team ended its season in league play on Tuesday, June 20 as they faced Hamilton and Goldthwaite on Bob and Norma Cervetto Field at Dublin Secondary School in the sweltering summer heat.

GOOD. Water slightly stained; 80-84 degrees; 4.58 feet below pool. Black bass to 7.23 pounds are fair on soft plastic worms in 5-18 feet of water. Crappie are fair in brush piles in 8-15 feet of water on jigs, and on minnows around the docks. White bass are fair to 1.
