The Dublin Lady Lions will be hosting 12 varsity, 10 JV and nine freshman teams in tournaments Thursday, Aug. 24-Saturday, Aug. 26. The team is returning home after a three set loss to Mineral Wells on Tuesday, Aug. 15 and an appearance in the Hamilton Tournament where they went 0-4 against Hico, Temple, Hamilton and Comanche. Despite the outcomes, Assistant volleyball coach Vanessa Longoria reported, “The girls did awesome and are improving.
