The Dublin Lions faced a close fight Friday night as they took on the Anson Tigers for homecoming. “We did a lot of good things, but there were a couple of opportunities missed,” said DHS Athletic Director/head football coach Greg Hardcastle.

The Dublin Lions took 5th place (out of 15 teams) at the Hico invitational cross country meet on Wednesday, Sept. 6.

The Dublin Lady Lions fought hard against DeLeon in a four-set away loss. The Lady lions racked up 21 and 17 in the first two sets as the Lady Bearcats scored their 25s.

The Dublin Lions are looking for a win as they head into homecoming this Friday (Sept. 8) against the 0-2 Anson Tigers with kick off at 7 p.m. The selection of homecoming queen and presentation of the court will be held on the field at 6:30 p.m. prior to the game.
