Dear Toni: I turned 65 in February and did not enroll in a Medicare Prescription Drug plan. I’ve been told that I must wait until October for Medicare’s Annual Enrollment time. I need help now because I have been diagnosed with Parkinson’s and my brand name prescription is very expensive.

Dublin has a couple of new faces in town and they’re able to assist with all your legal needs. Ladyman Law Offices, PC have officially opened in the Blackjack Office Center and is comprised of Matt Price and Tim Ladyman.

CWJC to get new computers

Christian Women’s Job Corps- Transformation Pathways will soon have have some new computers to aid them in providing classes at the downtown Dublin location. They recently received a grant for $2,085 from the Birdie Hartsough Frey Memorial Fund.

The Erath County Commissioners Court recently received some good news – the county’s books are closer to being reconciled. Treasurer Kimberley Barrier gave an update at the Nov. 14 meeting through her monthly treasurer’s report.
