The Dublin Citizen and Dairy Queen are now accepting donations of wrapped candy, Scotch tape and small toys that fit inside Easter eggs for the community-wide hunt.Drop off items at either location and all donations are appreciated.

Dublin sales tax collections were up again in January based on sales in November, with a 10.14% increase over last year.The city saw November sales at $56,534.66 compared to $51,327.31, according to the state sales tax report released by Acting Texas Comptroller Kelly Hancock.
Wolfe Nursery Direct and Texas Sage Nursery donated native trees to be planted at Dublin City Park along its walking path. This is a step in the plan created by Citizen’s Institutes on Rural Design (CIRD) for Dublin Park in 2024. Through a grant to the Dublin Library, the goal is to “Create Connection & Economic Opportunity through Park Spaces.” Cory James and his department installed the trees and will continue their care until established.
