The following individuals were indicted by the Erath County Grand Jury Thursday, March 26.
They include: Joshua Shain Agnew, 40, forgery, more than $2,500, less than $30,000, enhanced (State Jail felony); Jon Douglas Black, 57, two counts of driving while intoxicated, 3rd or more (Third Degree felonies); Marcus McQuade Burnett, 35, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 1-4 grams (Third Degree felony); Angeles Ramiro Canales, 22, evading arrest or detention with a vehicle (Third Degree felony); Glenn Turner Harris, 40, harassment of a public servant (Third Degree felony); Thomas Colten Jackson, 36, continuous violence against the family (Third Degree felony); Jessica Dennise Jeffrey, 45, driving while intoxicated with a child passenger (State Jail felony); Christopher James Johnson, 39, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 1-4 grams (Third Degree felony); Jose Fulgencio Luna, 70, driving while intoxicated, third or more, enhanced (Third Degree felony); Cesar Agustin Solano-Soto, 48, assault of a peace officer (Second Degree felony) and Paul William Standridge (IV), 19, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle (State Jail felony).
