Right, The Dublin Secondary School held its inaugural craft fair Saturday, Dec. 3 at the school cafeteria. The event coincided with the Dublin Basketball Tournament over the weekend to allow for holiday shopping.

Tarleton graduation this Friday

Tarleton State University will celebrate fall 2022 graduates with two commencement ceremonies Friday, Dec. 9, at Memorial Stadium. Tarleton President James Hurley will preside over the ceremonies. Both will include graduate and undergraduate students. Times: 10 a.m.

The Nov. 10, 1899 Dublin Progress read “At 1:55 p.m. today the trap was sprung by Sheriff R.T. Hume that ended the life of T.A. Wright.” The hanging was for Tom Wright’s killing of John Adams the Dublin Constable on the streets of Dublin.
