Feedback requested for 4-day school week

Parents and DISD students (7th through seniors) are encouraged to go to dublinisd. us to fill out a survey on how they feel about the district potentially switching to a four day school week. The survey will be open through Friday, Dec. 16 and a staff survey has already been completed.

Contractor chosen for EMS building

The Dublin City Council voted to move forward with the construction of a new EMS building and reviewed the 2021-22 final budget during a short regular meeting Monday night.

Light Up the Night up in Stephenville Erath County United Way is bringing “Light up the Night, a Christmas Celebration” presented by Mangrum Air Conditioning. The Light up the Night walking trail is 3/4 mile with iconic displays and light features in the Stephenville City Park.

Nov. 21 There was an open door at Gonzalez Trucking. An officer did a building check and secured the door. There was a report in the 200 block of Johnson of some people fighting. It was a verbal argument between a male and female. There was a report of a shoplifter at Brookshires that stole beer.

Tyson Lueck

Tyson Lueck has spent over more than 20 years of his life serving his country as a soldier and noncommissioned officer of the US Army. Recently retired from the service, Lueck is back in Dublin and enjoying a quieter life. During high school, Lueck worked on his parents’ dairy farm, Aztex Dairy.
