ATV fatality under investigation

A Stephenville high school freshman was killed Sunday, March 26 in an ATV accident on Farm-to-Market 205. According to information released by the Erath County Sheriff’s Office, law enforcement responded to the 5000 block of FM 205 shortly after 1 p.m. for a report of a 4-wheeler accident.

March 13 A person came to the station to report an identity theft. A reporting person requested a welfare concern about a small child riding around in someone’s lap on a zero turn mower. A caller needed information about a warrant.

Comanche serving Sippin’ in Sunshine

Sales tax increase shown for January

Dublin sales tax collections were up again in January, at 8.18% higher compared to January 2022, according to the state sales tax report released by Texas Comptroller Glenn Hegar this month. For the month of January 2023, Dublin received $49,509.62, compared to $45,764 in January 2022.
