Dublin Elementary Pre-K, Kinder Registration Dublin Elementary School will be hosting Pre-K and Kindergarten Registration 8:30-11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. 2 p.m. April 29 and 30. Pre-K must be 4 years old on or before Sept. 1 and Kindergarten must be 5 years old on or before Sept. 1.

Revitalize Dublin sets project for April 13

Revitalize Dublin invites everyone to join them for the first clean up of 2024 on Saturday, April 13 starting at 8:30 a.m. to noon at 546 S. Camden.“We are coming together as a community to help our neighbor in need,” organizers said.“Ms. Teri is a widow who is in need of help with some yard work.

EDC approves grants, elects president

Several grants were approved at the recent meeting of the Dublin Economic Development Corporation and revisions on the new home grant were unanimously approved.At the Tuesday, March 26 meeting, Paul Bradberry was unanimously elected as president of the board.

Animal cruelty arrest made

Two arrest warrants were issued for Cheryl Barker in an ongoing animal cruelty investigation in conjunction with the Erath County Sheriff’s Office.Deputies from ECSO were called to 518 CR 712 which is Barker’s property in reference to an animal cruelty investigation.

I am seeing more Texas Squaw weed than I remember in many years. While there are lots of yellow flowered weeds, most of what we are seeing is either Texas Groundsel, commonly called Texas Squaw-Weed or Tansy Mustard.

GOOD. Water stained; 65 degrees; 8.61 feet below pool. Black bass are excellent with catches up to 8.30 pounds on jerkbaits, chatterbaits, topwaters and crankbaits in 3-8 feet of water. Bass are in a prespawn mid lake, and starting to get on beds on the lower end.
