Crop Report

Texas AgriLife compiled the following report for the Central Texas district: Recent rainfall significantly improved conditions across the district. Some areas received 10-14 inches over a twoweek period. Topsoil moisture was in good shape though deeper moisture remained limited.

Dublin City Council

approved several proclamations during the regular meeting May 12 including National Police Week, Public Works Week, Municipal Clerks Week, Library Week, EMS Week and International Firefighters Day.

FFA State Public Relations Team

Nicole Foster, Bailey Watson (not pictured) and NavaLee White earned 1st place District, 2nd place Area and 5th Place in State.

State Milk Quality Team

The team was comprised of Paul Adams, Aiden Bushman, Vanessa Pantoja (who earned 8th overall individual out of 231), Jayden Rojas (who earned 1st place District, 3rd place Area and 17th out of 61 in State).

The team earned 1st place in District, 1st place in Area and 9th at State.
