Event honors Kingdom Threads

TexasBank is inviting the community to a special event Wednesday, Sept. 30 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Kingdom Threads as the bank shows its appreciation for the nonprofit. There will be a giveaway drawing, free snocones and TexasBank merchandise.

It was standing room only at the Monday, Sept. 14 Erath County Commissioners Court meeting with citizens issuing concerns over Flock cameras before the commissioners approved a tax rate and budget which included $30,000 for Flock camera software access.

Council approves budget, tax rate

The Dublin City Council approved the 2026-27 budget and tax rate in a lengthy regular meeting Monday, Sept. 14 where they also voted to sell a portion of the bricks removed in the Patrick street renovation and granted replats following public hearings.
