What a great year to be a Dublin Lion! This Sunday Dublin High School will celebrate with our 2022 Seniors’ Baccalaureate at 6:00 PM at First United Methodist Church. In addition, we will have our Senior Walk starting at the elementary campus on Tuesday, May 17, at 11 a.m.

Tarleton Tennis sets summer camps

Tarleton Tennis announced Friday they will host four camps this summer, beginning on Memorial Day. Boys and girls alike are invited to participate if between the ages of 6-17, or between kindergarten and 12th grade.

Tarleton graduation exercises this weekend

Tarleton State University will celebrate spring 2022 graduates with commencement ceremonies May 13 and 14 at Memorial Stadium on the Stephenville campus. Tarleton President James Hurley will preside over three ceremonies, beginning at 9 a.m. Friday. Dates and times: Friday, May 13 9 a.m.

Fishing report

BROWNWOOD SLOW. Water stained; 66-70 degrees; 2.91 feet low. Bass are good to 5.50 pounds on crankbaits and swimbaits in 1-10 feet of water. Fish are in all stages of the spawn. Crappie are good to 1.75 pounds on minnows and jigs from 1-15 feet of water on the banks and around lighted docks.
