Skeeter the Clown was in Dublin Monday promoting the appearance of the Culpepper and Merriweather Circus set for Thursday, March 24 at Dublin City Park. The appearance is sponsored by the Dublin Chamber of Commerce. The public is invited to come witness the raising of the big top at 9:30 a.m.
