Revitalize Dublin now nonprofit

A workday is set for this Saturday for Revitalize Dublin’s first clean up of 2024 and the community group is celebrating officially becoming a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. This Saturday’s event will take place starting at 8:30 a.m.

Oncologist joins CCMC

Hirsch, MD, MSC, FACP, an esteemed Texas Big Country Medical OncologistandHematologist, recently joined the specialist medical staff of the Comanche County Medical Center (CCMC) Health System. His new office is located in Abilene in the Texas Outpatient & Infusion Center, 2225 S. Danville Dr, Suite 2.

EDC approves grants, elects president

Several grants were approved at the recent meeting of the Dublin Economic Development Corporation and revisions on the new home grant were unanimously approved. At the Tuesday, March 26 meeting, Paul Bradberry was unanimously elected as president of the board.

Animal cruelty arrest made

Body
Two arrest warrants were issued for Cheryl Barker in an ongoing animal cruelty investigation in conjunction with the Erath County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies from ECSO were called to 518 CR 712 which is Barker’s property in reference to an animal cruelty investigation.
