Revitalize Dublin launches good lookin’ campaign

Revitalize Dublin has called out four Dublin homeowners for their part in making Dublin a more attractive place to live and visit in its new “You Make Dublin Look Good” campaign. The new program to promote the beautification of Dublin is planned through November 2024.

Christmas Kindness launched

A teen gives up their Christmas presents to rescue a dog from the Humane Society. Volunteers set aside their own Christmas Day to provide a meal for the needy. A child begs to adopt an Angel off of a local Angel tree.

Dublin Citizen accepting Letters to Santa The Dublin Citizen is now accepting Letters to Santa for its Christmas Greetings section that will print Thursday, Dec. 21. If you have an elementary aged home school child, please bring their letters to the newspaper office at 938 N. Patrick before Dec.

Calves for kids set

Dublin Livestock Auction is hosting the 4th Annual Calves for Kids Fundraiser Friday, Dec. 15 to bring a Merry Christmas to kids in local communities. Donated cattle and cash are currently being collected. The cattle will be sold during the regular Dec.

Nov. 20 A reporting person stated there was a driver leaning over hitting the passenger in a white truck coming into Dublin on West Highway 6. An officer made contact with the vehicle and there was no hitting. All passengers advised everything was good.

Shop with a Cop still taking donations

It’s official! More than $3,500 has been donated so far this season for Shop with a Cop in Dublin. It’s not too late to donate as Dublin PD and other Erath County law enforcement entities are continuing to collect funds for Shop with a Cop.
