This weekend will offer citizens and visitors plenty to keep busy in Dublin and the surrounding area.Dublin High School graduation is set for 7 p.m. Friday, May 23 at Bob and Norma Cervetto Field. Graduation is open to everyone and no tickets are needed.

Hero finally feels at home

On Saturday, May 10, the Erath community welcomed home a hero, who was rewarded for his service with a new home for him and his family in Hill Valley Estates in Stephenville.The gift was organized by the national nonprofit organization, Homes For Our Troops, for U.S.

Council to revisit Comprehensive Plan

Stephenville City Council will soon be hosting a workshop on the adopted 2050 Comprehensive Plan after a motion to move forward failed in regards to hiring a firm to develop the coordinating Land Use regulations.

The city of Dublin will be hosting opening day of the City Pool from noon to 5 p.m. Saturday, May 24.There will be free admission for city of Dublin residents with proof of residency. There will be hot dogs and ice cream while supplies last, as well as bounce houses and water slides.

Dublin Market Days Saturday, May 17

Dublin Market Days will be held Saturday, May 17 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Wright Park across from the library.A variety of vendors will be on site with crafts, foods and more. The Dublin Public Library will have a fundraiser on site from 8 -11 a.m. with breakfast burritos.
