It’s the season of green and gold and the Lions are on the prowl during Homecoming Week.
The week’s activities kicked off on Tuesday, Sept. 23 with dress up days.
For secondary school students, Tuesday was Adam Sandler Day, Wednesday was Beach Bash, Thursday will be BBQ dad vs soccer mom and Friday will be extreme green and gold.
For Dublin Elementary and Dublin Intermediate, dress up days started with Disney Day on Tuesday, Beach Bash on Wednesday, Twin Day on Thursday and Extreme Green and Gold on Friday.
Everyone is invited to attend the communitywide pep rally Friday, Sept. 26 at 2 p.m. at Cervetto Stadium. The Homecoming King will be crowned at the pep rally. Homecoming King nominees include Tatum Babkowski, David Nava, Hank Santos, Alex Teten and Edwin Navarez.
Homecoming Queen will be crowned at 6:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 26 before the Lions face off against Lindsay. Homecoming Queen candidates include Kassandra Rodriguez, Derby Kukla, Emma Mitchell, Olivia Salyer and Natalie Tijerina.
Freshmen representatives are Tylor Nail and David Tello.
Sophomore representatives are Addisen Zimmerman and Paxton Loper.
Junior representatives are Karen Ortiz and Paul Adams.
