People often ask who the artist was of the large portrait paintings in the museum. He was William “Ed” Bryan, a well loved Texas painter who lived in the Dublin area for many years. He was one of Texas leading portrait painters during his time.

Rodeo Museum to unleash ‘Secrets’

From 1937 to 1959, Dublin hosted one of the largest, most famous rodeos of the time. But then it all but disappeared. What happened? Come discover the “Secrets of the Dublin Rodeo Heritage” on August 14 from 1-5 p.m, hosted by the Dublin Rodeo Heritage Museum.

COVID Update

The Texas Department of State Health Services reported that Erath County had an estimated 81 active cases of COVID-19 when it released its weekly update Monday. DSHS also reported that the county has had 2,976 confirmed cases and 1,438 probable cases since the pandemic started in March 2020.
