Erath Grand Jury indicts 10

The Erath County Grand Jury returned 10 indictments on Wednesday, Oct. 13. They included:

Shyrod Tavoy Anderson, 28, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 ( four grams or more but less than 200 grams), a second-degree felony;

Manuel Flores, 23, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram), a state jail felony;

Curtis Clayborn Garrison, 49, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (one gram or more but less than four grams), a third-degree felony;

Andres Gomez, 24, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram), a state jail felony;

Jeffery Silvester Harper, 58, aggravated robbery (enhanced), a third-degree felony;

Jose Rosario Mendez-Mendoza, 35, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (one gram or more but less than four grams), a third degree felony;

Ricky Olvera, 29, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram), a state jail felony;

Jerry Perez, 33, driving while intoxicated (third or more offense, a third-degree felony;

Jose Manuel Jaime Reyes, 18, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram), a state jail felony;

Andrew Rubio, 45, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram), a state jail felony.
