Dublin High School was presented with a $500 grant from Carter Blood Care Friday, Sept. 6. Schools who hosted at least three blood drives per year are eligible for the grant and the money can be used for scholarships or other needs the district may have.

The Dublin City Council approved the Fiscal Year 2024-25 budget and tax rate during its regular meeting Monday, Sept. 9.Councilmembers met Friday, Sept. 6 for the final budget workshop and spoke for about an hour, presenting any questions they had for answers.

Brookshire Brothers Manager Michael Beard presents a check for $834 to Dublin Volunteer Fire Department Chief Paul Warner. These donations came from citizens who shopped at their local Brookshire Brothers adding $1, $3 or $5 at the register in the month of May to aid local fi re departments.
