The Erath County Grand Jury indicted the following individuals on felony offenses Nov. 18.
They are: Alvaro Antonio Aleman, 26, evading arrest or detention with a vehicle (Third Degree felony); Kelly Dawn Cantero, 37, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony); Anthony Charles D’Amore, 26, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (Second Degree felony); John David Davis, 44, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 4-200G, enhanced (Second Degree felony) and assault on a peace officer, enhanced (Second Degree felony); Krista Kae Fuller, 39, theft less than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions (State Jail felony); Theresa Kay Hamilton, 48, theft, $2,500 less than $30,000 (State Jail felony); Bradley Michael Henline, 46, tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, enhanced (Third Degree felony); Avigail Martinez, 24, possession of a substance in penalty group 2, 4-400 grams, (Second Degree felony); William Lynn Owens II, 41, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony); Mark Daniel Perez, 38, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 1-4 grams (Third Degree felony); Tyteana Elizabeth Perry, 26, driving while intoxicated with a child passenger (State Jail felony); Robert Lee Powell, 44, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony); Odalis Ramos-Guerrero, 22, credit/debit card abuse, elderly (Third Degree felony); Yazmin Ramos-Guerrero, 20, credit/debit card abuse, elderly (Third Degree felony); Javone Douglas Rawls, 35, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony); Kasey Reynolds, 33, theft of metals (State Jail felony) and possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony); Baron Ernest Rittiner, 70, DWI 3rd or more enhanced (Third Degree felony); Micah David Stanley, 35, possession of a substance in penalty group 1-B, 1-4 gram, enhanced (Third Degree felony) and possession of a substance in penalty group 1-B, 4-200 grams, enhanced (Second Degree felony); Curtis Glenn Williams Jr., 43, deadly conduct discharge firearm (Third Degree felony); Chase Lee Wimer, 25, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 1-4 grams (Third Degree felony).
