Free Flu Shots offered Thursday, Oct. 3 There will be a free drive-thru flu vaccination event at First Baptist Church from 3-6:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 3.The event is sponsored by Faith Community Nursing Program with Texas Health Resources.

Sept. 9 was contacted to pick up the dog.There was a report of a vehicle that was vandalized in the 500 block of South Patrick.There was an alarm going off at Mint Smoke in the 100 block of South Patrick. Officers found the front door had some broken glass on the interior part of the door.

Sales tax up drastically in July

Dublin sales tax collections were up significantly in July at 27.23%, compared to July 2023, according to the state sales tax report released by Texas Comptroller Glenn Hegar.For the month of July, Dublin received $61,376.16, compared to $48,238.10 in July 2023.

Comanche Pow Wow this weekend

This weekend there will be something for everyone as the annual Comanche Pow Wow event takes place Saturday, Sept. 28-29 at Comanche City Park Admission is $5 per person with free parking and free shuttles.Gates are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.
