Ponder retiring from Tarleton

Tarleton cross country and track and field head coach Pat Ponder has announced his retirement. Ponder served as a head coach at the collegiate level for 36 years, including the last 15 at Tarleton.

Texas appraisal districts issue guidance

Today the Texas Association of Appraisal Districts announced historic growth in Texas real estate values. According to the association, regions around the state have seen increases in values between 20-50% since last year.

The Dublin Standpipe was built to connect with the Dublin water system and was in place in 1896. It stood 12‘ x 60‘ and was 1 1/2 miles from the corner of Elm and Patrick Streets.
