Lions move to 5-3

The Dublin Lions were 5-3 heading into Tuesday night’s games after a 90-62 loss to Peaster at home Friday and a 79-24 win over Bangs on Jan. 19. “It’s nice to be back to full strength,” said Dublin Lions Head Basketball Coach Will Parker, referencing players who recently came off the injured list.

The Lingleville Cardinals remained undefeated (5-0) as they traveled to Gordon Tuesday night to take on the Longhorns. This record followed a 79-36 victory over Bluff Dale in an away game on Jan. 12. The Cards came out to an early lead, amassing 47 to Bluff Dale’s 10 in the first half.
