Rodeo Heritage Museum to host Annual Honoree Dinner Saturday

Come join the rodeo elite this weekend as the annual Dublin Rodeo Heritage Association Annual Honoree Dinner is being held Saturday.The dinner will be held at 6 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 13 at the Dublin Intermediate School, located at 609 Thomas St.

EDC budget approved by Council

Dublin City Council recently approved the Dublin Economic Development Corporation budget including money for grants, administration expenses and new partnership project between the city and the EDC.EDC Executive Director Noah Cullis presented the budget at the Monday, Sept. 8 council meeting.

Canines & Coffee set for Sept. 13 Erath County Humane Society will be hosting its 2nd annual Canines & Coffee 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 13 at the shelter.There will be vendors, games for the kids, bouncy house and live music along with TikTok Influencer Nick Luciano.

Life-long Dublin resident Vickie Bamber has not always had an easy life, but throughout all her challenges she’s remained a devoted mother, wife and community member.
Nearly 900 tires were collected in about 2 hours at a disposal event held Sept. 6 at the Dublin Public Works yard. The Dublin Chamber of Commerce’s fifth annual Hispanic Heritage Festival is quickly approaching and the 2-day event is still seeking vendors.“We are really excited to be able to offer a 2-day event this year,” Chamber President Nancy Williams said. Admission to the festival is free.
