No threat found after county shooting report

Erath County Sheriff’s Office has released more information about a shooting that occurred Wednesday, Jan. 11 off of Farm-to-Market 2303. Shortly after 8 a.m. Erath County Sheriff’s Office received a call about a shooting that occurred at an address off FM 2303.

Collapse leads to injuries at area church

Emergency services respond to a partial building collapse at First Baptist Church of Stephenville Wednesday, Jan. 18. Two construction employees were injured in the collapse and airlifted from the scene. One remains in stable condition and the other has been released.
