May 3 Caller reported that there was a dog that wouldn’t stop barking in the area. The call came from the 600 block of Hawk. Caller reported that he woke up to find that the back windshield of his car was busted out on the 500 block of Elm.

The Dublin community is invited to fun-filled Bloomin’ Business Banquet picnic Friday, March 14 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Dublin City Park. The picnic banquet will act as the official Dublin Chamber of Commerce awards ceremony with eight awards to be given to local citizens and business leaders.

Dublin ISD announced their top graduates as the school prepared to graduate 66 seniors in commencement exercises last Friday at Tarleton State University’s Memorial Stadium. Cole Moore is the Valedictorian of the Dublin High School Class of 2021. Moore is the son of Jill and Sammy Moore.

Dublin City Pool to open with special free swim day

The Dublin community is invited to a day of free fun and food at the Dublin City Pool’s grand opening on Saturday, May 29. All admittance will be free at the pool from noon to 5 p.m. that day and free hot dogs will be served up by members of the Dublin Rotary Club.

BROWNWOOD Water lightly stained; 63 degrees; 3.55 low. Largemouth bass are excellent with chatter baits, frogs, bladed spinners, crankbaits, and finesse jigs in coves, along grass lines and timber in 2-12’. Crappie are good on minnows in brush piles, near bridge pilings, and in the creeks.
