EC3 hosting free summer camps

Erath County’s Star Council, a non-profit organization working towards drug-free communities, is hosting a trio of free summer camps for children. They include:   Bosque Safari Camp Dates: June 15th and June 16th Time: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

SHERIFF’S REPORT

May 22 At 12:52 a.m. a vehicle was extensively damaged after running off road on 377 South and striking a yield sign which caused the air bags to deploy. The driver was transported by EMS. At 9:23 a.m. a vehicle hydroplaned and flipped over on FM 914, unknown injuries. At 6:22 p.m.

May 24 A report was made for 2 dogs running around the neighborhood on the 600 block of Austin. Caller reported that the neighbors dog was off his chain and could be aggressive on the 500 block of Blackjack.

Celebration returns Saturday

June 12 brings the return of Dublin’s summer celebration including the popular Irish Stampede 5k, the Tour De Agua bike ride and the Hearts Home Dublin Area Reunion.

FBC to host vaccine clinic

Dublin First Baptist Church (220 E. Live Oak) is hosting a free COVID-19 Pfizer Vaccine pop-up clinic from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The clinic is being conducted by Texas Health Resources and is open to all persons 12 and older. Minors ages 12 to 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
