Sunday is Halloween and Dublin has many fun activities to help get Dubliners into the spirit, including a costume contest and safe trick or treating on Friday from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

As of Monday evening, a total of 780 of Erath’s 24,012 registered voters had cast their ballots in early voting for Tuesday’s amendment and special option elections. The special local election allowing the sale of alcohol and unifying the rules for sale throughout Erath County was added to the Nov.

Business and homeowners can compete for these awards in the Dublin Chamber of Commerce Halloween decorating contest.
