SHERIFF'S REPORT

October 23 At 12:55 a.m. a vehicle struck a wild pig on Hwy 377 South causing minor damage, no injuries. At 9:15 a.m. a vehicle caught fire in a pasture on the Crouch dairy on FM 2156. At 9:37 a.m.

Public input sought in I-20 study

As part of the I-20 Texas Corridor Study, the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) is requesting public input through an online survey.

November is adoption month

November is National Adoption Month, and CASA for the Cross Timbers Area celebrating and supporting the many families in our community who have welcomed a child into their home through adoption—with a special spotlight on adoption by relatives.

2021 Costume contest winners

There were more than two dozen entries in the 2021 Dublin Citizen/Dublin Chamber of Commerce Halloween Costume Contest. This made selections very hard for the panel of eight judges.

2021 Workforce Industry Training officers were recently announced at an event in the Dublin Secondary School Cafetorium. They are: President Veronica Rodriguez, Vice President Angie Flores Secretary Yosselyn Sanchez and Student Advisor Maggie Rollins.
