The Dublin Citizen is improving thanks to the addition of Content Editor Wyndi Veigel, who started in her new position Monday. “Wyndi is an accomplished journalist with a diverse background and skillset,” said Managing Editor Paul Gaudette.

May 17 Dublin PD was called into assist with a suspicious white truck sighted on FM219. A caller reported a black and white dog running loose in the 500 block of E. Blackjack. Dublin PD was alerted to a vehicle vs. cow accident on FM 219 South.

Irish Stampede returns June 11

Dublin Lions Club is hosting the 21st annual Irish Stampede the second weekend in June in honor of local dairy farmers since June is dairy month. The run - a 10-5-2K race, will be on a certified course with the 10 and 5K races to start at 7:30 a.m.
