6 indicted on check cashing fraud

Six individuals have been indicted on myriad charges in relation to a fraudulent check cashing scheme in Dublin.

Sales Tax up in November

Dublin sales tax collections were up again in January based on sales in November, with a 10.14% increase over last year.The city saw November sales at $56,534.66 compared to $51,327.31, according to the state sales tax report released by Acting Texas Comptroller Kelly Hancock.
